Our firm regularly practices
in the federal and state courts in Illinois with a routine
presence in the Cook, Lake and DuPage county courthouses as
well as in the U.S. Court of Appeals and the Illinois
Appellate and Supreme Courts. Additionally, our principal
Sheldon Lustig is admitted to practice before the United
States Supreme Court.
We are highly experienced in the art of negotiation and
bring those skills to bear when appropriate to bring about
timely resolutions of complex litigation affecting our
clients.
When litigation becomes the only means to resolve a dispute,
business litigators must be equipped to manage a complex
case through legal minefields, as quickly and efficiently as
possible. Our team of business and complex litigation
attorneys have an outstanding track record in conducting
this type of litigation, representing clients skillfully and
effectively.
The firm has resolved complex matters for all types of
companies, including several nationally known corporations.
We have successfully represented locally recognized
businesses, owners of national franchise chains, medical
multi-specialty firms, professional service corporations,
law firms, real estate developers and accountants, just to
name a few.
If your case could go to trial, you want a law firm that is
ready, willing and able to move forward with a trial with
sufficient resources and talent to succeed. It's not enough
to know the rules; the attorney must know how to use those
rules strategically. It's not enough to just master the
facts; the attorney has to able to tell the story, and win
over the judge and jury by persuading them. That's what we
do at Lustig & Associates. Clients benefit by obtaining more
favorable results through negotiation -- when others know
that the legal team on your side has a proven trial record.
